Shipping Details
Delivery Time
Free UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days after your order is placed. Working days are Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Exact timing can vary by postcode and carrier capacity.
Processing Time
Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm BST). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day, then delivered within the usual 2–3 working day window.
Delivery Coverage
MIRASCA currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, though delivery may take an additional 1–2 working days for these locations.
Order Tracking
Every order is assigned a unique tracking number. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your parcel has been handed to the carrier. You can also track your order at any time via our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

At present, MIRASCA ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are actively exploring international delivery options and will announce any updates on our website and via email to subscribers.
No. All UK orders qualify for free delivery within 2–3 working days, regardless of order value. There is no minimum spend.
Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days. Channel Islands and Isle of Man deliveries may take a little longer. You will receive tracking once your order is dispatched.
